Loacal Talent get a boost with a little help from Burghill CAP
Two well known young people from Tillington have just secured a "Three Album Deal" with a Birmingham based company.
George and Millie Downs have only been performing together as Muchuu (Moochoo) for a few months and their music had a huge boost when George got to grips with the CAP's Midi keyboard.
George has made use of the keyboard to really enhance his music composition to combine with Millies wonderful singing style and produce some of the best new and contempory music that has come out of Hereford for a long time.
They were getting a good number of hits on their My Space site (where you can hear more of their music) but after performing a live session on BBC Herefor& Worcester the hits were going through the roof!. The DJ was so impressed with their music that he sent a copy down to Radio1 in London and they had national airplay.
They have just recorded their first album in a London studio and we hope to be hearing more of them in the near future - Good Luck to George & Millie fro all at Burghill CAP!

You will recall that I took part in a sponsored swim in February. I am pleased to report that I have raised over £1,000 for Burghill, Holmer and Lyde community projects.
Thank you so much to everyone who supported me and who made donations. My next fundraising venture will be to raise money for the two playgroups in the ward. In Burghill, this will be for the Paintpots Playgroup
The Burghill CAP would like to thank Sally for her contribution of £216 from her sponsored swim..
